VENUE FINDING

One of the most important decisions when planning an event is where to hold it. It is also one of the most difficult as there are now hundreds of possible locations in any area, for any event, and to suit any budget. At Purple Orchid we regularly work with many venues and would be happy to assist you in choosing your venue even if you do not require our services for other aspects of your event.

For a set fee of �150 we will suggest 5 suitable venues for your event and would be happy to arrange viewing appointments for you. If you later decide that you would like to engage us in other aspects of your event we would be more than happy to assist.

SUPPLIER FINDING

Finding the right suppliers for your event is vital to ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You need reliable, talented, efficient people who charge a fair price and who are as committed to your event as you are. There is nothing worse than being let down by a photographer who does not arrive at the pre-arranged time or having your evening spoilt because the caterers do not meet your expectations. With our experience of working with various suppliers we can guide you in the right direction and make recommendations that suit your requirements and your budget.

For a set fee of �200 we will suggest 3 suitable suppliers for up to 3 aspects of your event, i.e. caterers, florists and photographers, and would be happy to arrange appointments for you to meet withthem. If you later decide that you would like to engage us to provide more detailed planning assistance then we would be more than happy to do so.
